STORE POLICY

 

Cancellation/No-Show Policy:

We request that you please give us 36 hours prior to you appointment time to cancel.   No-shows and cancellations will be charged $25 per service booked.  A credit card is required to keep on file for scheduling future appointments.

Extensions:

Extensions are an investment and do require extra care on your part.  The Parlor Salon is not responsible and will not replace hair for any color discoloration or alteration due to using sunscreen or from swimming. This also includes hair that has been colored or toned due to at home color products.

Returns/Refunds:

Our employees strive to provide you with exceptional service and customer care.  We do not issue refunds on salon services.  However, should you have any questions or concerns about the service you have received in the salon, please notify the salon with in two days of your service.  If you are not satisfied with the work preformed, we require that you return to the salon so that your hair can be visually inspected.  At that time we will make every effort to make any adjustments to your satisfaction by rescheduling you with the stylist who preformed the initial service.

Unused products can be returned within 7 days of purchase.
